The city is the result of careful planning which, during its conception, respected the historic nature of its beginnings.  Mature trees and large lawns with sidewalks characterize a place of pride where neighbors get to know neighbors and quality of life and beautification are always topics of concern.  Local stores, restaurants, great schools and places of worship are only just a short walk or drive away… Some of the benefits of this neighborhood include a low tax rate that features year round street maintenance, twice weekly trash pickup and weekly yard waste pick up.
